Mark Dalton Taylor, 25, of Titusville, has been arrested in connection with a shooting that happened on the 4200 block of Tiwa Lane at approximately 3:45 a.m. early Saturday morning.

According to Amy Matthews, the Titusville police public information officer, Taylor was charged with three Felony counts Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, one Felony count of Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle and Loitering and Prowling.

“The preliminary investigation done by the Titusville Police Department has revealed that the two adult female victims and one juvenile victim were delivering newspapers when they drove past the suspect who was walking on the street,” said Matthews.
